Rose Under Glass LLC
We sell crystals, minerals, metaphysical supplies, and related items. We strive to display our products accurately — including colors, sizes, and descriptions. However, due to the natural variation inherent in crystals and minerals, the item you receive may differ slightly from product photos. Color representation may also vary depending on your screen settings.
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse any order at our sole discretion. If an item you ordered is unavailable, we will notify you and provide a refund for the unavailable item.
Prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. In the event of a pricing error — whether on the website, in an advertisement, or through any other communication — we reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders placed at the incorrect price, regardless of whether the order has been confirmed or payment has been processed. If your order is canceled due to a pricing error, you will receive a full refund.
Your receipt of an order confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of the order. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order — in whole or in part — at any time after receipt. Acceptance occurs when the item ships.
We accept payment through Stripe, our third-party payment processor. By placing an order, you authorize Stripe to charge your selected payment method for the order total, including applicable taxes and shipping charges. Stripe's handling of your payment information is governed by Stripe's own terms and privacy policy.
We collect applicable sales tax on orders shipped to addresses in states where we have a tax collection obligation. Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on the shipping destination.
We ship via USPS, FedEx, or UPS, selecting the carrier that provides the best combination of rate and delivery time for your order. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, destination, and the carrier's current rates.
Typical processing time is up to 2 business days from order placement. Delivery timeframes after processing depend on the shipping method selected and the destination. Estimated delivery dates provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Title and risk of loss transfer to you upon delivery of the item to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or events beyond our control. See our Shipping Policy for full details.
We accept orders for international delivery. International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and any other charges imposed by the destination country. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them — or to any purchase from Reiki Rock Shop — shall be governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
Any legal action that is not subject to arbitration under Section 12.3 shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Madison County, Illinois. You consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
Agreement to Arbitrate. To the fullest extent permitted by law, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, any purchase from Reiki Rock Shop, or any related transaction or communication shall be resolved by binding arbitration, rather than in court — except that either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court if it qualifies.
Arbitration Forum. Arbitration shall be administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, or by another mutually agreed arbitration provider. The arbitration shall take place in Madison County, Illinois, unless both parties agree otherwise. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.
Individual Basis Only. Arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis. Class actions, class arbitrations, and representative actions are not permitted. You and we each waive any right to participate in a class or representative proceeding.
Fees. For claims of $10,000 or less, we will pay all AAA filing, administration, and arbitrator fees, unless the arbitrator determines your claim is frivolous. For claims exceeding $10,000, AAA's standard fee rules apply.
Severability. If any portion of this arbitration agreement is found unenforceable, the remaining portions shall remain in full force and effect — except that if the class action waiver is found unenforceable, the entire arbitration agreement shall be void as to those claims.
Rose Under Glass LLC shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance — including but not limited to order processing, shipping, delivery, or communication — caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including: acts of God, natural disasters, severe weather, fire, flood, earthquake, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government restrictions, pandemics, epidemics, labor strikes, power failures, telecommunications failures, or carrier disruptions.
In such cases, the time for performance shall be extended for a period reasonably necessary to overcome the impact of the event.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Material changes will be communicated to customers via email where possible. Your continued use of our website or placement of an order after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
